The houses, which were built around 1900 can be used separately. Both are solid on the ground floor and half-timbered at the upper floor. In '54 minor structural changes were made. For example, the garage, which is located between the front and rear buildings, was built, as well as a central gable with roof windows on the front. In addition to approx. 165 m² of living space and approx. 220 m² of usable space (including rear building), the property offers 392 m² of land as well as a small, rear-built house which, after renovation work, has another approx.85 m² The rear building can be designed according to your own wishes, here you can let your imagination run wild. Whether for permanent rental, holiday rental or private use - the choice is yours. During the renovation phase in the front building, attention was paid to quality and workmanship. The main house has a total of five bedrooms, three bedrooms in the attic, two bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which has its own dressing room. The only bathroom at the moment is in the attic, a bathroom has already been planned on the upper floor, all pipes are already in place.
The electrics in the main house were successively ('14 - '20) renewed, as were the water pipes ('14 - '20). The connection to the sewer was also overhauled in 2020. Around the year 2000 a new heating system (Buderus) was installed. As an alternative heating option, there is a wood-burning stove in the living room, which provides cozy warmth in the cold months.
In the easy-care, fenced-in garden there is enough space for the small children to play and run around. For the adults, on the other hand, there is a neat and beautiful party room, which is located in a 4-part, rustic vaulted cellar.
Let yourself be inspired by the variety of designs during a detailed tour.
