The origins of the solidly built property, which stands on a 1,037 m² large property, go back to the year 1900. 1951 followed an extension. Here the rear rooms were built.

Through the first floor you also get access to the garage, which is located in the small barn. Through the garage you can access both the laundry room and the workshop. The upper floor has a similar layout as the first floor. Here are a total of two more bedrooms, a passage room, which can be used as a dressing room, and a guest toilet, with access to the storage room. The attic is currently used as storage space. However, it offers itself as a development reserve. The outdoor area offers plenty of space for development. Here you can end the evening in a quiet atmosphere in the covered seating area, while the children romp and play in the garden.
