Electricity and water pipes were renewed, half-timbered beams were exposed, a stylish tiled stove was installed and much more. The house is extremely well maintained, there is no renovation backlog. It is ideal as a vacation home or permanent residence for small families. But it is also only a few steps to the idyllic, low-maintenance allotment garden, so you have enough open space in the summer to sunbathe, relax or celebrate with friends. The first floor offers, in addition to the entrance area and a guest toilet, an open living and dining area. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by exposed trusses. Through the kitchen you get access to the balcony, which was added in 2013 and also serves as a carport for your own car. Upstairs are two bedrooms and the bathroom with shower. The attic was completely expanded and insulated in 2014. Here a large living room incl. bathroom with tub and shower has been created.
The house is located in the historic upper village of Enkirch, surrounded by ancient half-timbered houses with vine-covered facades, quaint wine taverns, narrow, cobblestone alleys and imposing, traditional wineries. In the village you can find all the daily necessities in cozy little shops, where you always have time for a chat, as well as countless restaurants and wine taverns, which spoil the guest with their delicacies. Larger supermarkets, hospital, swimming pools, etc. can be found in Traben-Trarbach, 3 km away, and in Zell, both also very popular and beautiful Moselle towns. A well-developed road network as well as the airport Frankfurt-Hahn at a distance of about 15 km ensure easy accessibility from all parts of Germany and Europe.
