You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, IMMOHU (Immobilien Service Mosel Hunsrück; Balduinstrasse 81, D-56856 Zell (an der Mosel), Tel.: +49 6542 963 726, Email: [mail@immohu.eu](mailto:mail@immohu.eu)), by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form\* for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal in relation to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Your right of withdrawal expires early in the case of a contract for the provision of services if we have fully performed the service and only began performing it after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us.
