The semi-detached house built in 1750, in the classic Moselle style, is ideal as a vacation home. The house was built in the lower part with quarry stone, from the upper floor it continued with half-timbering. In the beginning still used as a tannery, the semi-detached house, distributed on three floors, offers about 115 m² of living space.

The house half is heated by night storage heaters, which were renewed after the flood of the century in 1993 and therefore no longer contain asbestos. The bathroom on the first floor was also modernized after this flood. However, in which year this happened exactly is not known. The attic is partially developed, with a hallway and bedroom, and also insulated. The attic, contrary to the living area, is not separated from the other half of the house. The roofing was renewed around the year 2000. Included in the price are also the two opposite plots, with a total area of 253 m², which are separated from each other by a municipal road. On the left plot a double garage was built around the year 2000. On the back of this there is a small balcony. A small garden area, directly at the "Großbach", is also still available here. Due to the creek, floods have to be expected from time to time. Nevertheless, one can get here, in the warm summer months, with the feet unproblematically a cooling. On the smaller property directly next to it, adjacent to the neighbor, there is a small garage, including a workshop on the upper floor. The building was built around 1900 and borders on the back of the neighbor's garden. If there is no need for one or the other property, the semi-detached house can of course also be purchased alone. In this case the price would be adjusted accordingly. At the house itself, however, there is no parking space or garden.

A well-developed road network as well as the Frankfurt-Hahn airport at a distance of approx. 15 km ensure easy accessibility from all parts of Germany and Europe.
