The well-maintained terraced house offered here was built in 1750, on an approx. 64 m² large property, massive. On a total of three floors, the house offers about 95 m² of living space and about 75 m² of usable space. It is heated by electric heating, which was installed in 2008 during the renovation works. In the living room the house has a soapstone fireplace (5KW). In addition, there are radiant heaters made of natural stone in both the living and dining areas. There are double glazed wooden windows, some from 1975 and most from 2010.
On the first floor, access to the property is gained through a vestibule which opens into the large living room. There is a soapstone stove in the living room. The dining area is separated from the living room with open exposed timber framing. The dining area leads to the rear fully equipped kitchen.
The upstairs offers the property's first bedroom, which is accessed through the main hallway. The hallway also provides access to the laundry room, which is equipped with an Elektrolux washer and dryer, and is used as a passageway to the bathroom and rear-facing, view-protected terrace.
In the attic there is a large office, which can also be used as a bedroom. In this is a bioethanol fireplace stove (Hark), which, in addition to the electric heaters, provides quick heat throughout the floor. On this floor there is also another bathroom and a rear bedroom.
All in all, the residence is in a well-maintained condition. It is excellent as a low maintenance vacation home. It is sold fully furnished and can be used immediately. The property has no private parking spaces. There are plenty of parking spaces on the Moselle, about 3 minutes walk away.
The terraced house is located in the middle of the village Lieser. The bank of the Moselle is only a few steps away. Lieser is a village with about 1,200 inhabitants. It has countless vineyards. In the village itself, you can find all the things you need for your daily needs, such as a bakery, a butcher store and a small grocery store. The famous Lieser Castle is only a few minutes walk away. The closest possible larger shopping opportunity is only about 2 km away, on the opposite side of the Moselle, in Mülheim. Alternatively, Bernkastel-Kues is only 5 km away. The town of Bernkastel-Kues is a well-known and popular Moselle town with many tourist attractions, historic half-timbered buildings and beautiful nature. In the old town you will find countless quaint shops, wine taverns, restaurants and all things for daily needs. Bernkastel-Kues is ideal for excursions to the attractions in the Middle Moselle Valley and the surrounding towns. For cyclists and hikers, there is a well-developed network of paths along the Moselle and through the vineyards. To the airport Hahn it is about 30 km, the train station of Wittlich as well as the highway connection A1 are only a few minutes away, so that good accessibility from all parts of Germany and Europe is guaranteed.
