The detached single-family house offered here was probably built around 1900 on a 959 m² plot of land. Spread over two floors, it offers approx. 106 m² of living space.

The property was extensively renovated between 2008 and 2012. In addition to a complete renovation including the bathroom and a new terrace, double-glazed wooden windows were also installed (2008). In 2011, a new pellet heating system was installed, which heats the house using wall heating.
