The detached single-family house offered here was probably built around 1900 on a 959 m² plot of land. Spread over two floors, it offers approx. 106 m² of living space.

The property was extensively renovated between 2008 and 2012. In addition to a complete renovation including the bathroom and a new terrace, double-glazed wooden windows were also installed (2008). In 2011, a new pellet heating system was installed, which heats the house using wall heating. In addition, the façade and the top floor ceiling were insulated by 10 cm in 2018, while the roof of the rear extension was insulated by 20 cm.
